Multiple sources are reporting that the Winnipeg Jets will be without the services of Zach Bogosian for the foreseeable future. We discussed it briefly last night in our Story Stream, but Winnipeg Jets will be without defenceman Zach Bogosian tomorrow as they pay visit to the Minnesota Wild. Bogosian was diagnosed with what's being called a lower-body injury in the second period of WInnipeg's 3-2 shootout victory over the Philadelphia Flyers. He did not return to the contest. Bogosian has become a frequent visitor to Winnipeg's IR listing as the American-born defender has missed 32 games over the past two seasons due to a variety of injuries.

Injury to Bogosian forces Noel to make changes

Winnipeg Jets head coach Claude Noel has been inclined not to fix what isn’t broken through his club’s current four-game wining streak. But after sending out the identical lineup for each of his team’s four most recent wins, Noel has no option but to make changes for Sunday night’s clash with the Minnesota Wild because of a lower body injury to Zach Bogosian. Byfuglien breaks out the dance moves

Dustin Byfuglien came to play and he came to dance on Friday night. The big defenseman led the charge offensively, netting two power-play goals to lead the Jets past the Flyers 3-2 in a shootout win, but it was his moves after the goals that truly deserve a spot on the scoresheet. After a slow start to the season, Winnipeg has been on a bit of a hot streak as of late, winning four...

Peter Tessier: Depth, Numbers and Rumours

Depth One thing Jets fans are aware of is the concept of depth of a roster. More often than not, the passionate fans are defending the teams depth and presenting the ‘eternal optimist sentiment; things are not always as bad as outsiders make it out to be. Now with Zach Bogosian out for an indefinite period of time, in Winnipeg that’s what ‘not day-to-dayâ€...

Redmond set to replace Bogosian on blue line

Are other teams calling the Jets about Evander Kane?

Apparently other teams are sniffing around the Winnipeg Jets' best player, Evander Kane. Recent hub bubs regarding Kane being a "healthy scratch" against the Chicago Blackhawks last week have apparently led to rumors that Kane is unhappy playing under coach Claude Noel. As you may remember, Alex Burmistrov had well-known differences with the coach, and he is currently...
