Does Anyone Care What THN Thinks?

The supposed “experts” at the Hockey News picked the Panthers to finish last. Does anyone care enough to get mad enough to do something about this prediction? Will this serve as motivation for anyone? We shall see!!! Tallon signed Andrew Peters because he vowed that they would be harder to play against… so before all the big tough guys he just drafted arrive on...

Andrew Peters-More Talented Than You Think

Now it all makes sense to me.  Thinking to myself why in the world did the Florida Panthers sign heavyweight Andrew Peters to a one year-two way contract, I came across a video that shows some of his other immense talents.  He’s not just a fighter.  He’s not just a bodyguard on ice. As the video will show, Andrew was a very useful player during his time in Buffalo...

Sabres sign free agent Cody McCormick

The Buffalo Sabres put the nail in Andrew Peters coffin today, signing former Colorado tough guy Cody McCorkmick.  Last year with Colorado McCormick registered 12 points, while amassing 92 penalty minutes.   In other signing news the Sabres deepened their depth chart at goaltender signing ECHL netminder Jean Philippe Lamourex.  Lamoureux (8/20/1984, 5’10”, 155 lbs.) spent...

Kassian spells the end of Peters?

With a July 1st free agency date looming, and the selection of a tough right wing, the Sabres could be preparing to part with tough guy Andrew Peters in favor of someone who might be more apt to putting the puck on the net as well as sticking up for his teammates. “You want to talk [...]

Bite Me!

Hungry, Hungry Hippos! Normally, Hockey players though sometimes brutal are honest, straight up and generally not so dirty. However, then there is Jarko Ruutu, now of the Ottawa Senators. Take a look at this video from the Senators/Buffalo Sabres match. Ruutu gets tangled up with Sabres tough ...

HE DID WHAT???

HE DID WHAT??? The NHL is trying to decide what to do with Jarko Ruutu after he bit Andrew Peters during last night?s game. Good thing he didn?t say anything about Peters? girlfriend, because Gary Bettman has a zero tolerance policy about that. Buffalo News

Jarko Ruutu has rabies

This has to be a big time suspension. If the NHL decided that sloppy seconds warranted 6 games, then this move by one of the biggest, guttless, classless hacks in the NHL has to be supsended 10 games. In my opinion, this is way more disgusting than saying something vile and disgusting, like sloppy seconds. Think about this, Jarko Ruutu bit Buffalo Sabres tough guy Andrew Peters....
