Battle of the Blades III Review: Tessa and David crowned champion
It took three seasons for Battle of the Blades to feature its first female hockey player. It took substantially less time to crown one champion, as Tessa Bonhomme and her partner, David Pelletier, took home the BotB trophy as the big winners of Season three.

Crisis unites ex-Blueshirts Malhotra, Berard
Former Rangers center Manny Malhotra was hit in the face by a puck in Vancouver's win over Colorado on March 16, and underwent two operations on his eye. Defenseman Bryan Berard, a former teammate of Malhotra's in New York, nearly lost his right eye while playing for the Maple Leafs in 2000. Years later, the former Blueshirts connected via text message.
