Flyers C Briere nursing hand injury, iffy vs. Rangers
Philadelphia Flyers center Daniel Briere is nursing a bruised hand and is questionable for Friday's game against the Atlantic Division rival New York Rangers.
Briere suffered the injury during Wednesday's 4-1 triumph over the Dallas Stars.
General manager Paul Holmgren confirmed the injury and detailed that Briere is considered day-to-day.

Briere & Son OK After Car Accident

A 2010 Land Rover driven by 32 year old Daniel Briere of Haddonfield, New Jersey was traveling in the passing lane next to a tractor trailer.
Troopers say Briere was drowsy, and drifted into the right lane, side-swiping the tractor trailer.
