Team Canada beat Team USA 4-3 in a shootout today at their qualifying round match in the 2011 IIHF World Championship.
Los Angeles Kings defenseman Jack Johnson played for Team USA.

Jack Johnson Signs Seven-Year Extension
The Kings recently announced the signing of defenseman Jack Johnson to a new contract.
The seven-year extension will last through 2017-18 and is tied for second-longest in franchise history.
