Panthers to lose RW Skille for at least one week
Florida Panthers right wing Jack Skille is expected to be sidelined for at least one week with a shoulder injury.
Skille was hurt in Friday's game against Calgary when he slammed into the glass after missing an attempted check.
Panthers coach Kevin Dineen said Skille would be out through Christmas "at the minimum" with what is feared to be a dislocated shoulder.

5 Chicago Blackhawks Players Who Could Be Traded Before the Deadline
With Jack Skille traded to the Florida Panthers, the Chicago Blackhawks made a statement saying they are in the business of negotiating.
Something needs to happen, and that’s becoming more and more apparent as the weeks go by. Inconsistency has plagued this team, and it could cost them a playoff spot.

Blackhawks Strike Deal With Panthers, Ship Skille To Florida
The Chicago Blackhawks took at least one step towards improving their lackluster season. Prior to Wednesday’s game in Edmonton, Chicago swung a deal with the Florida Panthers to acquire forward Michael Frolik.
Frolik was a top ten pick of the Panthers in 2006. He has just eight goals on the season, to go along with 21 assists. While he’s seen more time at wing this season...

John Jaeckel: Skille Gone: Addition By Subtraction
Meeting the press tonight after being traded to Florida, Jack Skille confirmed what most Hawk fans always knew: he thought he was better than a fourth line player.

Blackhawk roster taking shape: Forwards
Last week the Hawks made a few minor moves that will have some affect their roster this fall. Jack Skille, a restricted free agent and former first round draft pick (7th overall in 2006), re-signed to a one-year deal worth $600,000. I feel like a broken record writing this, but Skille should have every chance in the world to leave training camp with the Blackhawks. His cheap price...
