According to multiple reports, the Nashville Predators have claimed forward Marek Svatos off of waivers. Svatos, 28, was signed to a one-year contract yesterday afternoon by the St.Louis Blues. The St. Louis Blues took an affordable step today toward adding more scoring depth to their injury-depleted forward lines, signing former Colorado Avalanche winger Marek Svatos to a one-year deal.
