Mark Eaton Out For Season, Jon Sim on Waivers
The New York Islanders made two player announcements Monday, that Mark Eaton will miss the remainder of the season after hip surgery and Jon Sim has been placed on waivers.
The loss of Eaton is obviously a huge loss for a defense that is already thin. Eaton gave the Islanders a veteran presence, as well as being one of their top defenders. This is more bad news for a already injury...
