Mike Van Ryn Decides Not To Play Next Season

The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Wednesday that defenceman Mike Van Ryn has elected not to play in the 2010-11 hockey season.
Van Ryn, 31, has been rehabilitating his left knee after undergoing an osteotomy (knee re-alignment) on October 22, 2009. He did not appear in a game this past season due to the injury. The native of London, Ontario joined the Leafs...
