Their is a sense out there that given Olie Kolzig's 18 year tenure with the Washington Capitals, that Olie is beyond criticism. Kind of like Cal Ripken Jr. in his waning days in Baltimore and HC Joe Gibbs with the Redskins, icons that are defended and held beyond criticism.
