The prognosis last night was not good, the Sabres were going to lose their star forward for weeks. Like I wrote the other night, we were a Tim Connolly concussion away from a typical Sabres season.
Instead of losing Thomas Vanek for weeks, it looks like he might be ready by the weekend...
