Opportunities far outnumbering goals for Kings
The work ethic is there. Forechecking, puck pursuit, speed it's all being performed with a high compete level.

Kings ink C Lewis to two-year contract
The Los Angeles Kings signed free-agent center Trevor Lewis to a two-year deal worth $1.45 million.
The 17th overall pick of the 2010 draft, Lewis collected three goals, 10 assists and six penalty minutes in 72 games last season.
Lewis, 24, performed admirably on the Kings' penalty killing line last year. He averaged over three minutes per game while the team was shorthanded.

Brown, Lewis Push Kings Past Oil
The Kings passed their first test without Kopi at the helm, beating the Oilers 2-0 on Tuesday night. Granted, the Oilers aren’t the toughest test for the Kings, but it was a solid win and something to build off of as they push for the end of the regular season.
