This 37-year-old forward veteran has been a Pittsburgh Penguin since 2008. Prior to joining the organization, Craig Adams was part of the Chicago Blackhawks for two seasons, and...

A little over a week ago, Jim addressed the Pittsburgh Penguins’ identity crisis. He finished with a punch that really resonated with me:
Rutherford can add as much grit to the lineup as he wants, but the team still needs chemistry and it needs a winning attitude. All of...

(1) Why did the Marcel Goc / Maxim Lapierre trade even happen?
On the surface, the Goc-Lapierre trade didn’t make a lot of sense. Both teams seemed to be swapping versatile, pending-UFA, fourth-line centers with comparable cap hits (Goc $1.2M and Lapierre $1.1M).
I think there’s more to it though and the deal should work out for both St....

From Josh Yohe:
Adams just crushed Malkin in a special teams drill then dumped Pouliot into the boards. Physical practice.

So, we don’t know about you but Craig Adams has either lost his damn mind or he is being told to do this.
This was an interesting note:
Mackey also said Crosby appeared to...
The Boston Bruins caught their second break of the game. Pittsburgh Penguins forward Craig Adams appears to have scored a legit goal. The goal is waved off by the on-ice official. In my humble opinion, this is not the correct call in this instance. Adam McQuaid appears to have pushed a Penguin into Tukkaa Rask. Looked like the Bruins caught a break on the no goal call for Pens....

Everybody loves a scapegoat. This season, the early favorite to play that role is one Craig Adams. And why not?Craig Adams will not score 10 goals. He's only done that once in his career, in the 2005-06 season which he spent in Carolina. Nor will he put up 25 points. He's never done that. But this is Pittsburgh. And putting up points is the only way fans measure the worth of a forward...
Despite what many people who know would say to the contrary, I am not a negative person. With that being said I have a few things I would like to get off my chest regarding the current state of affairs in Penguins land. My biggest complaint is how is Craig Adams still on this roster but Joe Vitale, Lee Stempniak and Brian Gibbons are not?
Adams had Amnesty buyout written all over...
