Sharks D Dylan DeMelo out 8 weeks with broken wrist

SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) San Jose Sharks defenseman Dylan DeMelo is expected to miss eight weeks after breaking his right wrist. DeMelo got hurt Tuesday night when he was hit by Edmonton forward Zack Kassian. General manager Doug Wilson said Friday that DeMelo's wrist was broken on the play and he underwent surgery. DeMelo has one goal and three assists in 13 games this season for San Jose.
