Kings demote Moreau to AHL
Los Angeles Kings left wing Ethan Moreau was sent to Manchester of the American Hockey League on Saturday after he went unclaimed on waivers.
The 36-year-old Moreau was placed on waivers Friday after scoring one goal to go with three assists in 28 games this season.
He also had an unproductive season with Columbus in 2010-11, scoring just one goal in 37 games.

Kings LW Moreau fined $2,500
Los Angeles Kings left wing Ethan Moreau was fined $2,500 by the NHL for a boarding penalty on Pittsburgh's Chris Kunitz in Saturday night's game.
Moreau was whistled for a minor penalty for the infraction, which occurred near the midway point of the first period.
Kunitz shook off the hit, scoring the tying goal late in regulation before notching the game-winner in a shootout.
