Flyers re-sign Jason Akeson

The Philadelphia Flyers announced today that they have re-signed forward Jason Akeson to a one-year, two-way contract, according to general manager Ron Hextall. Akeson, 23 (6/3/1990), appeared in the final regular season game for the Flyers this past season as well as all seven games for the Flyers-Rangers series in the First Round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, posting two goals and three points.
