Wolf Pack recall Skapski, loan Malcolm to Greenville

The Hartford Wolf Pack have recalled goalie Mackenzie Skapski from the Greenville Swamp Rabbits and loaned goalie Jeff Malcolm to Greenville. Skapski was sent to Greenville on last week on a conditioning stint, rehabbing from surgery. Skapski is back with Hartford, where he will presumably split duties with Magnus Hellberg.

Wolf Pack camp opens, roster announced

The Hartford Wolf Pack opened training camp over the weekend, with their first preseason game coming on October 1 against the Albany Devils. Goaltender Jeff Malcolm Re-signs with Wolf Pack

HARTFORD, August 25, 2014:  Hartford Wolf Pack general manager Jim Schoenfeld announced today that the Wolf Pack has re-signed goaltender Jeff Malcolm. Originally signed to an AHL contract July 17, 2013, Malcolm, a second-year man out of Yale University, saw action in six games with the Wolf Pack last season.  The 25-year-old Lethbridge, Alberta native went 1-3-0 in those six appearances...

Hartford swaps goalies, recalls Malcolm and demotes Stajcer

The Hartford Wolf Pack made a move today to hopefully address some of their goaltending isues, recalled Jeff Malcolm from the ECHL’s Greenville Road Warriors and demoting Scott Stajcer to the ECHL. Malcolm has been one of the top goalies in the ECHL, posting a 1.96 GAA and a .940 SV%. Meanwhile, Stajcer has been struggling with Hartford, putting up a 2.27 GAA and a .904 SV%. Tweet
