Each day over the next...

With the depth added at the deadline with the acquisition of veteran blueliners Greg Zanon and Mike Mottau, Corvo found himself suddenly out of the mix, a healthy scratch...

Fighting Words From Corvo
from Matt Kalman of The Bruins Blog, The NHL didn’t hand down any discipline to Ottawa forward Kyle Turris for his hit to the head of Boston’s Joe Corvo Saturday night.
Fortunately for Corvo, he gets a chance at doling out his own discipline just three nights later.
Corvo today after practice at Ristuccia Arena voiced his displeasure with the hit and Turris’ explanation...

The trade deadline is nearing (February 27!) and Bruins fans may be starting to wonder, maybe with a touch of dread or positivity (or, at times, both), if the team brass will make any personnel changes. While only time will tell what could happen before March, there is one player who sometimes seems like a good candidate for being shipped out of Boston: Joe Corvo.
Corvo, a defenseman...
