Moy, Madsen and Fox Sweep Final ECAC Hockey Monthly Awards

Adding to a long list of postseason accolades, student-athletes from the Harvard men’s hockey team earned all three of the final monthly awards distributed by ECAC Hockey XXXXXX for March and April. Senior Tyler Moy was named Player of the Month, junior Merrick Madsen was tabbed Goaltender of the Month and freshman Adam Fox garnered Rookie of the Month recognition.

Madsen, No. 2/2 Harvard Shut Out No. 13/13 Providence, 3-0, to Advance to NCAA East Regional Final

Behind a career-high 41 saves from junior Merrick Madsen, first-seeded Harvard downed the fourth-seeded Providence, 3-0, in the East Regional semifinal at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island on Friday evening. The Crimson extended its win streak to 15–straight games, matching the longest streak in program history from the 1988-89 season.
