Avalanche captain Hejduk ruled out vs. Red Wings
Colorado Avalanche captain Milan Hejduk will miss Saturday's game against the Detroit Red Wings with an ailing groin injury.
There was no immediate word on the severity of the injury for the 36-year-old Hejduk.
Hejduk has collected 13 goals, 20 assists and 14 penalty minutes this season.
