While he was drafted by the Jets and played for eight years in New York, word has leaked that Aaron Glenn will retire today as a member of the Texans, two years removed from his last day in a uniform, by signing a one-day contract with the Texans, the team has announced.

CB Aaron Glenn To Sign A 1 Day Contract With Texans And Retire
Nick Scurfield reports via Twitter that longtime NFL cornerback Aaron Glenn will sign a 1-day contract with the Texans to retire with his hometown team. Glenn, a 15-year veteran and three-time Pro Bowler spent the better part of his career with the Jets, but he's chosen to retire with his hometown team. He finishes his career with 41 interceptions and six TDs in 205 games.
