Iowa State Earns Multiple All-Big 12 Honors

AMES, Iowa – Iowa State juniors A.J. Klein and Aaron Horne headlined the Cyclones honored by the Big 12 Conference Tuesday. Klein was named Co-Defensive Player of the Year and Horne was tabbed the Offensive Newcomer of the Year. The Big 12's coaches selected the All-Big 12 teams and awards.

Cyclones Lead Jayhawks at Halftime, 10-7

Kansas trails Iowa State, 10-7 at the intermission on a cool, windy afternoon at Jack Trice Stadium. The Jayhawks lone score came off a first quarter D.J. Beshears rush play, while the Cyclones found the end zone on an 18-yard Aaron Horne rush and added a Zach Guyer 32-yard field goal to give Iowa State the advantage at the half.
