Aussie Ben Graham next in line to punt for Lions
The phone wasn't ringing, he was a 13-hour plane ride from home and had family obligations to meet, so Ben Graham hopped a flight back to Australia two weeks ago. His timing couldn't have been worse.

The Arizona Cardinals release punter Ben Graham
The Cardinals have released 37-year old punter Ben Graham. Graham played in 1 game for the Cardinals and he punted the ball 5 times for 212 yards (42.4 avg). He pinned the opposition inside their 20-yard line 2 times (40%) and he didn’t have any touchbacks. Starting punter Dave Zastudil is ready to return to action and that’s why Graham was let go.

The Cardinals have released 37-year old punter Ben Graham. Graham played in 36 games in his three years with the Cardinals and he punted the ball 200 times for 8,964 yards (44.8 avg). He also had only 12 touchbacks (6%) and he placed the ball inside the opposing 20-yard line 78 times (39%) in his time with the Cardinals. He was beaten out by Dave Zastudil.
