Mavs want Haywood mad
San Antonio Spurs fans should note that the Brendan Haywood they saw on Sunday is not the real Brendan Haywood. The guy that had five blocks and held Tim Duncan to just 12 points is usually bumbling around trying not to get in anyone’s way.
When the Mavs lost Tyson Chandler, everyone knew their post game was going to suffer, but they’ve actually improved their defensive numbers...

Brendan Haywood is understandably in a good mood. He's an NBA champion, a multi-millionaire and he's finally about to get back to work after a five-month vacation. He was downright giddy in a visit to the Verizon Center practice court, where his former team, the Washington Wizards, was working out now that the lockout has unofficially been lifted. Haywood joked with Andray...

Afternoon Facial: Who Caught It Worse..Dwayne Wade Or Brendan Haywood??
Last week both Miami Heat superstar Dwayne Wade and Mavericks big man Brendan Haywood became instant victims of “posterization” (the rather embarrassing act of getting posterized by the opposing team while underneath the rim). Dwayne’s unfortunate moment came at the hands of the usually mild mannered Taj Gibson. While Brendan’s “oh sh*t” moment came from the [...]

Kevin Durant’s Posterizing Dunk on Brendan Haywood Even Better as an Actual Poster

Kevin Durant Dunks on Brendan Haywood (GM2 OKC v. Dallas)
I'm only a few days late posting this dunk video. I know you've seen it by now probably 1,000 times. It's arguably one of the most impressive dunks in a playoff game in the history of the NBA. Kevin Durant is a very special talent. If you don't believe me, maybe you should ask the victim of this dunk, former UNC standout Brendan Haywood.
