Dana Holgorsen said WVU plans to start true freshman WR Travares Copeland on Saturday vs. Kansas State, just one week after Copeland burned his redshirt in the Mountaineers' loss at Texas Tech. West Virginia will also be without CB Brodrick Jenkins due to injury.
