My Chad Billingsley PC
I'm an unabashed Chad Billingsley fan. I had some time and finally decided to scan the autos and relics of Bills I have in my collection, as well as a pair of rookies. The first of my rookie autographs, and I'd love to one day put together this rainbow. The final of my Bills' rookie autos, and I was stoked to land all three for good deals. The fact that two of these rookie...

Is Chad Billingsley Worth His Contract?
By all accounts Chad Billingsley had a down year. After going 12-11 with a 3.57 ERA in 2010, the Dodgers signed him to a 3 year contract woth $35 million and an option for a 4th year in 2015 worth $14 mil.
His 2011 season where he went 11-11 with a 4.21 ERA may be worth the $6.275 mil he got last season but not the 2011 he will make in 2012 and he must step up.
If Hiroki Kuroda doesn...

Around The Web: Dodgers Done For The Year + Billingsley’s Issues
Los Angeles Times: Andre Ethier is done for the season. I don’t understand what took so long for this, and I’m not sure Mike Petriello does either. Perhaps now we can stop the inferences that Ethier just needed a stern warning in order to get past this injury.

2011 Los Angeles Dodgers Season Review: Rotation
In the second of this series, I review the Dodgers' starting rotation. It was projected to be one of the best in the National League pre-season and thanks to Clayton Kershaw, it was. Eovaldi Leads New Wave of Arms in LA
From Clayton Kershaw to Chad Billingsley to Rubby de la Rosa (a recent victim of Tommy John surgery), the Los Angeles Dodgers have displayed a knack for developing top-flight pitching talent. The newest hurler to emerge is Nate Eovaldi, but he’s just the tip of the iceberg in what should be LA’s strong wave of young, cost-controllable talent. Other names to tuck away...

Could the Dodgers be Contenders in 2012?
With this season looking more and more like the team won’t reach the players, it’s about that time that us fans start to look forward to the next season.

Dodgers Look to Rotation for Future
The Dodgers can justifiably look into a future and feel very happy with a starting rotation of Clayton Kershaw, Chad Billingsley and Rubby De La Rosa. Even if it was against a lineup with five players entering the game with an on-base percentage of .300 or below, De La Rosa turned in the best of his five major league starts on Wednesday, giving up one run in seven innings.
