Rangers invite Scheppers, Felix, Eppley and Tracy to Spring Training
The Texas Rangers have invited Tanner Scheppers, Cody Eppley, Jose Felix and Chad Tracy to Major League Spring Training according to Anthony Andro of the Star-Telegram.
Tracy played 69 games in 2010 with the Marlins and Cubs. He hit .247 with 1 HR and 15 RBI's.

The Hiroshima Carp have signed infielder Chad Tracy to an approximately $1.3 million deal, according to The Chigoku Shimbun Online (via NPB Tracker’s Patrick Newman).
