Thursday the Oakland Raiders and San Diego Chargers presented a joint proposal to build a new 1.7 billion dollar stadium that the two teams would share in the city of Carson in Los Angeles county. The building of the stadium would be privately funded, and would allow the two AFC rivals to finally have the new stadium that both organizations have been craving for some time.
