Video: Dustin Nippert takes line drive off his head
Here's the scary video of Rangers pitcher taking an Austin Jackson line drive off his dome. After being on the ground for a few minutes, it appeared Nippert wanted to stay in the game. Obviously he didn't. By the way, the CT scan came back negative and the rest of the Rangers 'pen dominated the Tigers lineup, giving up one earned over eight and two-thirds innings after Nippert left.
