Talking Griffins-Wolves With Daniel Wagner
The Griffins and Wolves met in Chicago on Friday night and the Griffins won 3-0, as Thomas McCollum posted a shutout and helped extend the Griffs' road winning streak to six. The Griffins remained one point out of the division lead despite the victory. In anticipation of this Midwest Division battle, I asked Daniel Wagner of the Vancouver Sun's Canucks blog Pass It to...

A chance for some hockey updates, as, if you can't tell, it's been overly quiet lately. Anyways, here's his first post, previewing the game tomorrow. Hope you enjoy!

The NHL’s offer of a 50/50 split and a condensed 82 game schedule stunned the hockey world and offered hope that for all the posturing a deal to save the sport wasn’t terribly unreachable.
The sentiment lasted for perhaps half a day until details emerged that the NHL’s definition of 50...

NWSB goes one-on-one with Canucks goalie Eddie Lack
In Depth With The Stork
Cory Schneider just turned 26 years old in March so it’s not as if Eddie Lack has much hope of securing a starting role with the Vancouver Canucks if Schneids turns out to be the next or better version of Roberto Luongo.
This is something I’m certain that Eddie ‘The Stork’ Lack is well aware of and it’s something Vancouver fans need to be made aware...

Mike Augello: Canucks âLackâing Reason To Move Luongo?;
The signing of goaltender Eddie Lack by Vancouver on the surface may appear to be fairly innocuous, but it could signal the reality that the Canucks will not move veteran Roberto Luongo before the beginning of the regular season, whenever that is.
