According to NPR Tracker Twitter page (hat-tip to Chad Jennings) "Omar Minaya asked Arn Tellem for the results of Hideki Matsui's physical." This move makes no sense to me, at least from the Mets perspective. I can't see how Matsui can survive playing the outfield...
