Rey Mysterio’s return to the ring has been pushed back to August, due to the fact that he had to have another surgery.
Rumored plans for his return have had him feuding with either Jack Swagger or Dean Ambrose as we noted yesterday here on the website.

One of the potential feuds being discussed by WWE for the summer involves a returning Rey Mysterio going up against Jack Swagger. Jack Swagger will be able to return from his hand injury at the end of this month but there will be restrictions on how he’s used and he will have to be careful if they have him do anything in the ring. Word from WWE is that Swagger will have full clearance to wrestle in late August.

Aside from dealing with some sort of injury to his hand, the former World Heavyweight Champion is also dealing with some legal issues.
