Athletics Notes: Sizemore, Bergmann
Here are some notes on the A's as they get set to take on the Orioles in Baltimore..
The A's recalled Scott Sizemore from Triple-A Sacramento, and demoted third baseman Kevin Kouzmanoff, according to the team's official Twitter page. Oakland acquired Sizemore from the Tigers in exchange for David Purcey in late May.

Red Sox void Jason Bergmann’s contract
The Boston Red Sox have voided Jason Bergmann's contract according to Peter Abraham of the Boston Globe. The right hander reported to camp with a shoulder injury and hasn't been able to throw yet.
The team signed Bergmann to a Minor League deal back in December. Bergmann only pitched in four Major league games in 2010 with the Nationals, he was 0-1 with a 15.43 ERA in 2.1 innings.

I've got the time and I've got the beer, so let's get to know Jason Bergmann. You know, so I don't hate him without facts to back it up. Nationals RHP Bergmann sent to minors (AP)
Right-hander Jason Bergmann has cleared waivers and been outrighted to Triple-A Syracuse by the Washington Nationals. The 28-year-old Bergmann was designated for assignment April 15 after going 0-1 with a 15.43 ERA in four relief appearances.
