What's next for Blue Jays?
The overhaul of the Blue Jays’ bullpen seemingly is complete, thanks to two trades with the White Sox and an agreement with an ageless free agent.
Right-hander Sergio Santos will close. Righty Jason Frasor again will play a prominent setup role. Lefty Darren Oliver, 41, will try to produce his fifth straight sub-2.90 ERA.
Now what about the rotation?
The Jays were thwarted...

Jason Frasor: Will He Stay or Will He Go?

Myles Jaye and Daniel Webb go to the White Sox in exchange for Frasor. Frasor rated as an above average...

Jason Frasor Smart to Take Arbitration
Jason Frasor really had no choice but to accept the Blue Jays' offer of arbitration. Despite a high bar set for setup relievers by the Joaquin Benoit's deal with Detroit, Frasor really wasn't in a position to cash in on what will be a banner year for relievers. Which is tough luck for Frasor because he is really good at what he does.Frasor's problem was being saddled...

The Great Jason Frasor
We get to witness history this year.
Coming into this season, Jason Frasor had appeared in 411 major league games, all with Toronto. That put him fourth on the Jays' all-time list for pitching appearances, behind Dave Stieb (439), Tom Henke (446), and Duane Ward (452). So far this year, counting today, he's appeared in 23 games, which brings him up to 434, still fourth. But once...
