The Cowboys may have another aspect of home field advantage on Sunday: Ebola paranoia.
If the New York Giants appear distracted during the game at AT&T Stadium, it may be because the y're worried about the three cases of Ebola virus that have been diagnosed in Dallas.
Never mind that the game is being played 20 miles away in Arlington.

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) After playing its worst game of the season, the New York Giants offense line has something to prove against the Dallas Cowboys.
The line's performance against the Eagles Sunday night was embarrassing. Philadelphia had eight sacks and seven quarterback hits and limited what had been an improving offense to 253 yards in recording a shutout.
Across the line...

Dud number 1: Victor CruzOnce known as the security blanket for Eli Manning, Victor Cruz has been anything but reliable this season. Cruz has five dropped passes, tied for most in the league with Tampa Bay Buccaneer Vincent Jackson. The number is far too high. His worst game was against the Cardinals Week 2, where a third down drop lead to a Ted Ginn game winning punt return for...
After the preseason, we said 6-10. After Week 2, when the Giants were 0-2 and everyone else was bungee jumping, we said “6-10 is still a very plausible scenario.” And after today’s 30-17 win?… Once again, 6-10 is still a very realistic outcome. It’s the prediction we have been sticking with throughout, so no need to change. Another blogger tweeted that “this game...
While the results for the passing game as whole– yards, points, turnovers have been less than impressive, the offensive line has showed to be much stronger than the 2013 unit through two games. More often than not Manning has had ample time to scan the field, step up in the pocket and deliver with confidence while stepping into his throws. This happened very infrequently in 2013...
Oh, the final score, if it could only tell the real story. About the only good thing that happened was the final score. The rest of the game (Q1-Q3) was sloppy, if you are in the optimist’s camp. And it was awful if you are modest in your expectations for this season. We are modest in our expectations for this season, so it was … bloody awful.
We have had one consistent...

6'0" | 194 lbs | WR | Odell Beckham Jr.This pick was said to be the best pick of NYG's draft. For many reasons:1.) Versatility is huge in McAdoo's offense. When I say versatility, I mean the slot is a viable option for OBJ, as is the 1 or 2 option. Now if you follow college football and/or you've seen film on OBJ, you see he was used vastly as a KR & PR, as well.2.) It's not...
UPTICK UPTICK UPTICK UPTICK!
The Giants have absolutely killed it these past two days! Fantastic moves.
1) We loved the Geoff Schwartz signing yesterday, as the Giants got one of the top 10 solid free agents in the 2014 crop. He's a solid football player bordering on all pro, he's 27, he fits a huge need on the OL… but somehow it got way better… The Giants STOLE HIM for...
The New York Giants have been pretty impressive this offseason, and in my opinion, they have been the best this offseason. They did not make a major splash, but they were very active and signed quality players. I love what Jerry Reese did. Signings: RB Rashad Jennings, WR Mario Manningham, OL Geoff Schwartz, C J.D. Walton, […]

According to Jordan Raanan of NJ.com, the Giants are looking to re-sign veteran OL Kevin Boothe and pair him with J.D. Walton as their “center combo.“
The Giants recently signed Walton and former Chiefs G Geoff Schwartz to bolster their interior offensive line.
Boothe, 30, appeared in all 16 games for the Giants, which included six starts at center.

Mike Klis of the Denver Post reports that the Giants have signed former Broncos C J.D. Walton.
Walton, 26, bounced around a bit in the past year given that the Broncos waived him back in December of last year and was later claimed by the Redskins. Walton underwent surgery last year for a broken ankle, so it will be interesting to see how he if he’s capable of winning a starting...
The Washington Redskins "mortgaged the future" to draft their franchise quarterback, Robert Griffin III. Although Griffin, when given the time to operate, has shown periods of brilliance, he finds himself under duress far too often. This has resulted in a couple of serious injuries and a host of missed scoring opportunities. If things don't change in a hurry, there will be more injuries...
The Washington Redskins claimed former Denver Broncos center J.D. Walton off waivers on Wednesday. Walton played two seasons with Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III in college. Walton (6-3, 305 pounds) was drafted by Denver in the 3rd round of the 2010 draft out of Baylor. He has not played since breaking his left ankle in [...]
The Washington Redskins have acquired Robert Griffin III's college center, claiming J.D. Walton off waivers from the Denver Broncos.
Griffin and Walton were teammates for two seasons at Baylor before starting their NFL careers. Walton was a third-round pick by the Broncos in 2010 and started 36 games, but he's been sidelined since Week 4 of last season because of a severe ankle...

Mike Klis reports that the Washington Redskins have claimed C J.D. Walton off of waivers from the Denver Broncos.
Denver released Walton on Tuesday, which was a bit of a surprising move given that they once saw him as a long-term option at center. That was of course before he suffered a broken ankle back in 2012 and would later have a setback this summer.
Since then, the Broncos...
