The Mets Need To Add More Depth

I know some Mets fans have this obsession with Jesus Feliciano, Chris Carter, and Mike Hessman, but I don't really understand why.  They aren't young home grown players, nor are they major league caliber talent.  Maybe fans would rather see these guys than Ollie and Castillo, which I can sort of understand, but fans have to understand that these guys SUCK! and I am tired...
