Jon Ogden Retires
Baltimore Ravens left tackle Jonathan Ogden will announce his retirement tomorrow. Ogden was the first player selected by the Ravens, back in 1996, and has been a perennial Pro Bowler as well as a class act. Ravens fans and Marylanders will miss J.O. on the field, but we're thankful for his time on it.

Ogden Commits to MSU
Mississippi State head coach John Cohen picked up his second commitment for the spring signing period on Thursday morning. Blinn Community College sophomore Jonathan Ogden committed to the Bulldogs. If Ogden signs in the spring period, the shortstop would be the second Blinn CC product to ink with State's Class of 2009.

Ogden Enjoying His Senior Season's Success
No, that clipboard he toted around the Shira Complex did not mean he joined the coaching staff or anything serious like that. Jonathan Ogden was simply serving temporary duty. “I had to get the weights from all the guys.” Which didn’t keep the shortstop from taking a shot at infield partner when asked who'd missed his target weight.
