I’m working on my golf game and preparing to do a little pre...

Jonathan Ogden... career over?

I wrote more than a month ago that "Ogden's career is over," that the future Hall of Famer wouldn't be able to play another game because of an injured toe. Turns out I might be right.

Ogden Enjoying His Senior Season's Success

No, that clipboard he toted around the Shira Complex did not mean he joined the coaching staff or anything serious like that. Jonathan Ogden was simply serving temporary duty. “I had to get the weights from all the guys.” Which didn’t keep the shortstop from taking a shot at infield partner when asked who'd missed his target weight.

Jonathan Ogden Retires

For such a big man to play so well for so long, you have to give a lot of credit to Baltimore Ravens' offensive tackle Jonathan Ogden. Save for the Hogs of the Washington Redskins, no other player did more to popularize such an unglamorous position on the football field. And considering he didn't have a bunch of cross-dressing pigs to assist in the marketing, the fact that...

Forget That Golf Sh*t, I'm Climbing Kilimanjaro, Son

I haven't lived in Baltimore long enough to know the impact of former Baltimore Colts offensive guard Ken Huff. For real, I don't know any offensive guards that preceded Jonathan Ogden in Baltimore. But what I do know is that Huff is 55 years old, and he climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in February.

Ravens Week 12 - California Games

San Diego, CA -- 11/25/07. To paraphrase The Beach Boys' Brian Wilson, "I wish they all could be California games."
