Colorado Rockies starter Aaron Cook leaves game in fourth with sore shoulder
Colorado right-hander Aaron Cook was removed from the game against San Francisco in the fourth inning Friday night with a sore left shoulder and replaced by right-hander Josh Fogg.

According to John Fay’s blog, it appears the rotation is set.
