Redskins re-sign Lichtensteiger: Wunderbar
The Washington Redskins finally reached five-year deal with Korey Lichtensteiger and all I can say is: Wunderbar, German for wonderful. The Redskins offensive line in 2012 was one of the best in the NFL and Lichtensteiger was one of the best members of that line. Alfred Morris could not have had his rookie record-breaking season without that offensive line.
The only question it raises...
Litchensteiger still not practicing
Washington Redskins starting left guard Kory Litchensteiger did not practice again today. Litchensteiger was injured in the season finale against Dallas, suffering an injured ankle, that forced him out of the game. Although Litchensteiger and the Redskins previously have said that he appears to be a game time decision, the fact he has not practiced all week does not bode well...

Handing out labels following Skins games. Today, a 28-18 victory over Dallas.

Alfred Morris — That was one of the great games in NFL history. Two hundred yards and three touchdowns in a division championship game against Dallas. It was the most rushing yards in a game by a Redskins rookie, and gives him a) the most yards in a season by a Redskins running back, b) the third...

Rookie Preview: Washington Redskins
Robert Griffin III – The Washington Redskins selected RG3 to be their franchise quarterback and he will fill that role from Day 1. Realistically, we should expect some growing pains and he’ll probably cost the team a few games in the early going. But it’s all part of the process, and he should have plenty of highlight-reel plays as well.
Morris may be a surprise impact rookie...

RG3 misses 'Skins rookie camp again
Robert Griffin III remains unsigned as the Washington Redskins open the second day of their five-day rookie camp.
The Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback from Baylor was the second pick in this year's draft. The team's third-round selection, offensive lineman Josh LeRibeus, was also absent again Tuesday.
The two aren't considered holdouts because training camp doesn...

2012 Washington Redskins Draft Grade
I am hopeful for the Redskins and their passionate fan base. I have had the fortune of being friends with a lifelong Redskins fan, someone who spends far too much time defending what that once proud organization has become, and would love to see his continued faith in the team rewarded.
We all knew for a couple of months who the Skins were taking with their first pick in round...

Washington Redskins Draft Grades
2. QB Robert Griffin AJust like the Colts with Andrew Luck, Robert Griffin was the obvious selection here. I also love the move to come up and get him.71. G Josh LeRibeus C-Guard was a need with Kory Lichtensteiger coming off a nasty knee injury, but this was a major reach by my board. I had him in the 6th round.102. QB Kirk Cousins C-Robert Griffin will be thrilled the Redskins...
