The NFL, In Short, Easy Bursts
We will confess, on this slow holiday Thursday afternoon, that we are a sucker for Kissing Suzy Kolber's NFL Picture Captions.
This one, and the vaguely evil and hilarious Kevin Everett one, have...

Kevin Everett Gets Released and Paid!
The Bills released Kevin Everett today after failing a physical (the result of breaking his neck last year). This would seem to be a terrible thing to do considering the magnitude of this injury last year. But since they kept him on the roster all last year, his third in the NFL he qualifies for $224,000 a year in disability plus, a one time payment of $75,000 and another 1,410...

Your Tuesday Bills-related blog post.
It's Tuesday, which means that I could blog about the mostly meaningless Bills-Browns game last night. However, I think that since it is Tuesday and we're four very long days away from the insanity that will be Byrd Stadium on Saturday night, I'll share with you a Bills-related YouTube clip from last year that will have you crying it's so tragically funny (we blogged...

Kicking And Screaming
Not to poke fun at the Kevin Everett situation (I actually wrote a past post which included wishing Kevin Everett and his family all the best), but I could not avoid spreading this video to you all.
It seems like a local TV station messed up the video feed that was supposed to be shown..

Kevin Everett Waived by Bills
The Bills waived injured Tight End Kevin Everett on Tuesday. Everett's injury was obviously career ending, so being placed on waivers allows him to seek long term disability payments as well as an NFL Pension. Good news for Everett, but better news for Tirico Suave, since the mere mention of Everett allows us to post one of the better videos in the history of the world.

Bill Simmons Doesn't Get it When it Comes to the Pats Cheating Scandal
The justifications have finally reached the point where I can't take it any more. I was just going to let this story go, but now I have to put it out there. This penalty isn't excessive and despite the fact that Simmons is a Pats fan, he can't just brush it under the rug.
