Kevin Owens: A Victory Over John Cena Would Cement his Spot on the WWE Main Roster

Kevin Owens retained his NXT Championship title in a match against Sami Zayn at NXT’s special event, Unstoppable, on Wednesday night, and subsequently began a feud with new NXT star, Samoa Joe. It’s more than likely that this feud will continue in NXT, which makes it seem as though Owens’ match with John Cena at Elimination Chamber will be a one-and-done type of event.

WWE NXT is Better Than RAW and SmackDown

The evolution NXT has experienced since doing live events on the WWE Network has been simply amazing. In my opinion, ‘NXT Arrival’ on February 27th, 2014 was the day NXT was officially put on the map.

NXT Takeover Rival Highlights: Owens KO’s Zayn to become champion

Last night at NXT Takeover: Rival, Owens defeated Sami Zayn via a referee stoppage to capture one of the most coveted prizes in the world of professional wresting today after only 2 months on the roster. Credit to Zayn, he never quit. And he can take that to his grave. Although it was a very one sided affair, Zayn did mount some effective offense; Owens was just far too much to handle...

‘NXT Takeover: Rival’ Review: Kill Owens Kill

The February 11 2015 NXT Takeover special, Rival, was a perfect example of excellent storytelling in wrestling. Each match had a purpose, and it wasn’t just so someone could have a payday. There were legitimate plots involved that simultaneously elevated the proper individuals. I am, as per usual, incredibly proud to be an NXT fan and can’t wait to see where Triple H and WWE...

RAWlternative Delivers Endless Stream of Fresh and Frenetic Action

The stream began two minutes late. Not a big deal; I've attended independent wrestling shows that have begun an *hour* late. There was a running gag at a CZW show back in 2002 that the "2:30 bell time" is actually what time the ring bell arrives via courier. Two minutes? Whatever.

2014 Event of the Year: NXT Takeover: R Evolution “So many things to love about this show. Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and my personal mark-out moment: when Hideo Itami teased the GTS.
