Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw Did Not Practice Wednesday
New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw did not participate in Wednesday's practice because of knee injury that also kept him out in Week 15. Rookie David Wilson got his first career start last week and expectations were very high but he only managed 66 total yards on 13 touches. The Giants gave some playing time to Kregg Lumpkin as well and he rushed for 42 yards on nine...
New York Giants Get Punked By The Atlanta Falcons 34-0
The Atlanta Falcons have a great record, but they have won a lot of games against average to weak opponents by slim margins. The Falcons needed a coming out game to boost their relevance in the NFL. Well, they got it by playing a complete game against one of the most feared opponents in the playoffs- The New York Giants. Atlanta had to come out and punch the Giants in the face to...
Falcons rebound from loss to rout Giants
ATLANTA As statement games go, the Atlanta Falcons could not have made a more emphatic one on Sunday.

Ahmad Bradshaw has a sprained knee
New York Giants head coach Tom Coughlin told the media that running back Ahmad Bradshaw has a sprained knee. He’s not ready to rule him out, but Jenny Vrentas of the Newark Star-Ledger says it doesn’t sound like he’ll play this week.
If Bradshaw isn’t able to play against the Falcons on Sunday, rookie David Wilson will likely get the start with both Kregg Lumpkin and Ryan...
Tom Coughlin says it is David Wilson’s time in New York
When asked about rookie RB David Wilson this week, coach Tom Coughlin said, “it’s his time.” Newly signed running backs Ryan Torain and Kregg Lumpkin are expected to be insurance behind Ahmad Bradshaw and Wilson. While the Giants have been hesitant to play the rookie thanks to his woes in pass protection and early-season ball security issues, Coughlin knows they are desperate...

Robert Turbin may start opener
Seattle Seahawks rookie Robert Turbin may be forced into a starting role for his NFL debut as Marshawn Lynch is reportedly questionable for their opener against the Cardinals.
Turbin may start on Sunday
The Seahawks also have Leon Washington and Kregg Lumpkin on the roster, but Tubrin would be the best fit in terms of replacing Lynch. He’s a physical runner with a similar build...
2012 Seattle Seahawks roster cuts: Love ‘em & Hate ‘em analysis
The Seahawks announce their final roster
I have to be honest, I feel really good about the roster decisions that were made. After the Seahawks game last night I broke down the roster, and came up with a 53 man roster of my own.
Other than a couple roster spots, Pete Carroll and John Schneider came up with the same list as I did.
Love ‘em
I love the fact that the Seahawks chose...

Raiders vs. Seahawks Week 4 Preseason game balls & stats
It’s just preseason
NFL.com Highlights >
That was the negative chorus heard around Century Link Field Thursday night after the Seahawks beat the Oakland Raiders 21-3 to advance to a perfect 4-0 in preseason action.
The only other time in Seattle history the team has gone 4-0 was 2009, Jim Mora’s first (and thankfully only) season at the helm.
We all know how that year...
Seahawks Cruise Past Raiders 21-3 In Preseason Finale
Just days after winning the starting quarterback job over free-agent pickup Matt Flynn, Russell Wilson played just one quarter in the Seattle Seahawks' final preseason tuneup prior to the regular season.
Wilson threw for 72 yards on 5-of-11 efficiency, while Flynn completed 11- of-13 passes for 102 yards and a touchdown in Seattle's 21-3 win over the Oakland Raiders.

Seahawks Beat Raiders, 21-3
With all the question marks surrounding the wide receiver position, it was surprising to see the Seahawks spend so much time on the run game tonight (41 runs versus 30 passes). That would seem to indicate that the coaching staff already knew who they wanted to keep headed into this game, and it's anyone's guess at this point which receivers will survive the final roster...

Lump…Love this signing! Seahawks grab Kregg Lumpkin
Seahawks add a RB
Watching the Seattle Seahawks running game last year one thing was evident: The team needed a backup running back.
Last years roster was comprised of a starting running back (Marshawn Lynch) and two change of pace backs (Justin Forsett and Leon Washington).
When Lynch was injured the team could not move the ball on the ground.
Justin Forsett became a free agent...
Seahawks Sign RB Kregg Lumpkin
The Seahawks have found a backup for Marshawn Lynch, agreeing to a deal on Friday with RB Kregg Lumpkin. Lumpkin played the past two seasons for the Bucs, where he was primarily a reserve running back and special-teamer. In 2011, he had 31 carries for 105 yards and 41 receptions for 291 yards, along with five special-teams tackles. The three-year veteran was scheduled to become a...
Seahawks, Lumpkin agree to deal
The Seattle Seahawks have reached a deal with running back Kregg Lumpkin.
Seattle announced Friday it had agreed to terms with the backup running back, who spent the last two seasons with Tampa Bay. No details of Lumpkin's agreement were released.
Lumpkin appeared in all 16 games last season for the Buccaneers, although his opportunities were limited on the ground. He finished...
Lets Hope Sherman interview is just formality
Much like the Bucs new Head Coach, the idea of old vs new will go a long way in the decision. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are starting out their Head Coaching search by interviewing Mike Sherman, and also Jerry Grey, who as an african-american minority fulfills the Bucs requirement towards the Rooney rule, which requires all NFL teams who are searching for head coaches to at least interview...
Buccaneers RB LeGarrette Blount Benched After Latest Fumble
Since mishandling a handoff from QB Josh Freeman on the Buccaneers first play from scrimmage at 10:07 of the first quarter, RB LeGarrette Blount, the Bucs leading rusher, was benched the remainder of the first half in favor of RB Kregg Lumpkin, who had 21 yards on six carries. Blount has picked up 21 total yards or fewer in two of the past three games. Coming in to the game he...
Offensive Frustration
Sorry about no posts yesterday. Who could have predicted that there would be a lot of traffic on December 23rd? I’m going to quickly blow through a few articles that the papers left up before they took yesterday off. Of course, I’ll break them up into separate entries for All-Clicky Week. Remember, Paypal can still deliver in time for Christmas.

Is Tampa Bay Buccaneers GM Mark Dominik's Job safe?
After making the tough decision that change has to be made in coaching with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, we now have to ask ourselves if the General Manager's job is safe. Some of that will have to do with whom the Bucs target as new head coach. The new coach may have his own GM as a package deal similar to how Jon Gruden and Bruce Allen were precieved.
Before this season, Dominik...
December presents: The Real Tampa Bay Buccaneers
November can be puzzling, October has gotten quite pink if you ask me. September tends to be a little hard to grasp, and we all know August is just plain, well, fake. But December football, thats what its all there for, thats what everyone plays for whose worth playing. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have announced that their young players (Ok, the really really young players) are going...
With the season over, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are faced with decisions moving forward
Stick a fork in them, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are done. The season began with the highest of expectations and after just 12 weeks, Buccaneer fans are wondering what happened. It is almost as if 2010 never happened, this season is a mere continuation of the 2009 campaign and as the regular season winds down, it’s time to cue the all too familiar chorus in the Tampa...
