He'll do it one more time when the Trojans finish a disappointing season Saturday against...

Giants player takes shot at Peyton Manning after record-setting night

Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning broke Brett Favre’s record of touchdowns, getting 509 to set it. Manning finished with four touchdowns for the night in a 42-17 Broncos blowout. Carl Nicks absent from Buccaneers’ OTAs

Tampa Bay Buccaneers guard Carl Nicks was a no show at OTAs on Tuesday. Nicks seems to be playing it safe with his return. Buccaneers head coach Lovie Smith didn’t have much to say on the topic. No Carl Nicks at Bucs OTA today, and here’s coach Lovie Smith’s terse answer: “No update. He’s not here. He’s not here for voluntary work.” — Greg Auman (@gregauman) May 27...

Bucs Cut K Missed The Season Due To MRSA

This is the definition of cold world. According to PFT, the Bucs have cut K Lawrence Tynes who missed the season due to MRSA that he got at the team facility. There was a big debate about placing him on the non-football injury/illness list or the injured reserve list when he developed a MRSA infection last year. The team did pay his $840K salary last year but this just seems cold.

Fulltime kicker, dynamic returner on Bucs' wish list

Last season was one of improvisation on special teams for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Sawbones Scribings – The All-IR Team

Ouch! That hurts! A lot! Get the cart and take this guy back to the locker room. Let’s check out his (insert body part here) and…oh my…this doesn’t look good. Let the coach know he’s done for the year and put him on injured reserve. That scene has played out across the NFL countless times this season. Because of how often it’s happening, we have enough players to put...
