Chargers DE Cesaire sidelined with knee injury
San Diego Chargers defensive end Jacques Cesaire is expected to miss at least three weeks with a knee injury.
Chargers coach Norv Turner said Cesaire will be out at least until the team's bye in Week 6.
Cesaire was filling in for Luis Castillo, who suffered a broken tibia in the team's season opener.
