Raiders Waive Stevie Brown
It’s been a long strange trip for Stevie Brown. From 7th round pick to making the final cut only to discover he didn’t make the final cut to being placed on the practice squad then moved to the active roster and finally waived. Official Roster Cuts
Colt Brennan - As expected. He was just a camp arm.
Jay Richardson - A bit surprising, but with injury he wasn't spectacular.
Shaun Bodiford - Looks better in the final preseason game, but group was too big and he didn't make enough plays.
Luke Lawton - Loud mouth, suspended. Could have kept him for free for two weeks, but not worth the hassle.
Todd Watkins - Raiders got...

At fullback, Luke Lawton is...

Raiders Re-Sign FB Luke Lawton To A One-Year, $1.101M Deal
The Raiders have re-signed fullback Luke Lawton to a one-year, $1.101 Million contract. The Raiders gave Lawton a low tender, but no other teams came calling so he'll stick in Oakland. Lawton still has to serve the remaining two games of a four-game suspension at the start of the season though, so there's no guarantee that he'll get a roster spot.Source: RotoTimes.com
