Patriots cut Bo Scaife

Getty Images According to Mike Reiss of ESPNBoston.com, the New England Patriots have cut tight end Bo Scaife and offensive lineman Mike Ingersoll. The Patriots just signed Scaife on June 7th and many people thought he would be another weapon that quarterback Tom Brady would be able to utilize along with Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez.

Patriots cut Bo Scaife

The New England Patriots have cut veteran tight end Bo Scaife after 11 days on the roster. Scaife was cut after the Patriots claimed injured tight end Jake Ballard off waivers from the New York Giants. The Patriots also cut offensive tackle Mike Ingersoll. Ballard is out for the season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
