Report: Panthers Sign TE Mike McNeill

  Steve Reed of the Associated Press reports that the Panthers have signed former Rams TE Mike McNeill. McNeill, 26, appeared in 14 games for the Rams last year and contributed one reception for five years. According to Pro Football Focus, he played just 34 snaps last season while helping out on special teams.
