Breaking News: Phins Add Merling, Cut Ramsey

The Dolphins have activated Phillip Merling tonight and cut QB Patrick Ramsey. Merling has practiced the last week and a half and has been on the inactive list since hurting his Achille’s tendon prior to the season start. The move leaves the Dolphins with only Chad Henne and Tyler Thigpen on the 53 man roster heading into Sunday. Tom Brandstater remains on the practice squad.
