Rafael Arroyo is a 26 y/o right handed catcher, who has spent his entire career in the Mets system. He has played in 261 minor league games in six seasons, never above AA and only 61 games at that level. He holds a lifetime .199 BA and after being cut this spring, he has joined the major league staff as a bullpen catcher. I wonder how much this has to do with Arroyo catching Mejia...
