The Houston Texans were a favorite to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl before the start of last season. It's funny how things change. The Texans went from contenders to bottom dwellers very early in the season. The Texans fired Gary Kubiak and hired former Penn State head coach Bill O'Brien. Coach O'Brien has a lot of decisions to make this offseason and it starts...
Free agent running back Ray Graham has been signed by the Houston Texans for the last week of the season. Graham is back with the Texans after spending stints on the practice squad and active squad during his rookie campaign in 2013.
Graham was a free agent running back out of Pittsburgh who was with the Texans during training camp, and after being released he also spent time on...
Due to Pittsburgh Steelers currently having a few players banged up on their defensive line, the team signed defensive end Hall Davis to their practice squad on Tuesday. Davis was originally drafted by the St. Louis Rams in the fifth round of the 2010 NFL Draft out of Louisiana-Lafayette. He has bounced around on several […]

The clock has struck midnight again on the Houston Texans and pushed a franchise long seven game losing streak and a record of 2 and 7. There are so many issues with this team and the Texans are sinking fast with this loss on Sunday. The implosion looks like it has happened and the Texans are their own worst enemies.
The story is the same. The Texans are finding ways to lose despite...
The Houston Texans have signed free agent defensive back Steven Terrell to the practice squad to fill the void left by running back Ray Graham who was promoted to the active roster. Terrell was with the Jacksonville Jaguars during training camp and was released by them on the final cut down before the season started. He also has spent time with the Jaguars practice squad this...
The Houston Texans are coming out of the bye week and are faced with a monumental task to save their 2013 season. Sitting at 2 and 5, the Texans only sit two games out of the final playoff spot with nine games left to play. There are 11 teams in the AFC with 4 wins or less, so the season at this rate is a long way from being over.
The Texans’ schedule may not be the toughest on...
It’s hard to tell how well this particular New England team will perform this season. Is the defense good enough? Will the offense improve all that much?
Maybe. But we know for sure that the roster the Patriots had in September will change with the frequency of the cast of “Breaking Bad.” It’s a tough business; people get hurt.
(Yup. Just compared professional football to...

We look at one of the most interesting groups heading into training camp. There are only two familiar faces and plenty of rookies in 2013 which should lead to some good competition in training camp.
Arian Foster at OTAs.
After a calf injury sidelined him for the entire OTAs, Foster is said to be ready heading into training camp. He has been a...
The Houston Texans wrapped up OTAs last week and after 10 practices the team got some quality work done prior to mini-camp. Rookies were introduced to the veterans and they experienced NFL level practices. While the veterans shook of some rust from the off-season, they still worked out efficiently under controlled circumstances.
The seasoned veterans on the team took days off to...
The story around the NFL last week was about the 2013 NFL Draft. In Houston, the draft garnered excitement as well, but it was what the organization did afterwards that caught my eye. The Texans have one of the top running backs in the NFL in Arian Foster and another young talented back in Ben Tate. Foster led all running backs in touches in 2012 and Ben Tate can’t seem to...
